Warm up your autumn evening with a collaboration dinner from W Seattle’s TRACE and Woodinville Whiskey Company!
TRACE Executive Chef Steven Ariel has crafted a 3-course dinner to perfectly pair with a selection of Woodinville’s hand-distilled whiskeys and cocktails. Start with bites of ahi tuna with whiskey barrel-aged shoyu soy, accompanied by a 100% Rye Sazerac, then dig into the main course of a grilled pork chop with whiskey barrel maple syrup, paired with a 5-year aged bourbon Manhattan. Finish the night with an Applewood stave-finished whiskey truffle and ice cream, followed by a neat pour of Woodinville Whiskey Company’s special Toasted Applewood Bourbon to fend off the Seattle fall.
